- the building is situated outside the city centre area in the Northeast of Düsseldorf, Germany.
- in the building, owned by and named after a large insurance company, 950 people work.
- a main feature of the building is that it has a four 'Wintergarten' (gardens) floors (every 7th floor),
each two floors tall, which are for relaxation purposes, among others.
