with Leo A. Daly;
- the building has a gross floor area of 117,100
m² (1,260,000 sq.f);
- the building is the headquarters of Cheung Kong Holdings.
The top floor is used by Cheung Kong's' Chairman as
his residence.
It’s the only residential part of the building; the rest is
in use as office space;
- at night the building is brightly illuminated by a computer-controlled fibre
optic lighting system;
- the tower is
part of A Symphony Of Light, a permanent nightly spectacle
in Hong Kong that combines interactive lights of 44 key buildings
on both Hong Kong Island and Kowloon with musical
effects to showcase
the vibrancy and glamorous night vista of Victoria Harbour.
