The following pictures were taken at the 2005 Belgian Grand Prix
at the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, on September 9 and 10.
In total 25 drivers took part in this event, including five 'third drivers'
(Enrico Tocacello, Minardi, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Red Bull Racing,
Alexander Wurz, McLaren, Nicolas Kiesa, Jordan, and Ricardo Zonta, Toyota).

GP2 2005
The following pictures were taken during the 2005 Belgian GP2 event
at the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, on September 9 and 10.
The GP2 category was introduced in 2005 as the successor of the Formula 3000 championship.
It's the stepping-stone category towards a Formula 1 career.
In 2005, three sons of former F1 World Champions took part:
Nico Rosberg, Nelson Piquet Junior, and Mathias Lauda.
The series also had a few ex-F1 drivers (Gianmari Bruni and Giorgio Pantano),
and a few F1 test-drivers (Nico Rosberg (Williams), Nelson Piquet Jr. (Williams),
Neel Jani (Sauber), Scott Speed (Red Bull Racing), Heikki Kovalainen (Renault).
