Mike Häkkinen, British Formula 3 champion of 1990, was Formula 1 World Champion
in 1998 and 1999 with McLaren. In 2000 he finished runner-up to Michael Schumacher.
At the end of 2001, Mika retired from racing, but in 2005 he made a surprise comeback
as driver of Mercedes in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM).
In only his third race, at Spa-Francorchamps, a place he knew very well from his F1 days,
he showed the world he had lost nothing of his talent by winning.
