Above: Jacques Villeneuve in action at Spa-Francorchamps.
In 1997 in his Williams and in 2005 in his Sauber.
Jacques is the son of Formula 1 legend Gilles Villeneuve, who died in 1982
when Jacques was only 11 years old.

Jacques had two very strong debut years in Formula 1,
finishing runner-up to Damon Hill in 1996, and clinching the title in 1997.
He then made a bold move to switch to the newly founded team of his manager: BAR.
What followed were five frustrating years, with no victories and just a handful of points.
After he didn't find a team for 2004, his career seemed over,
but at the end of the year he got a chance to drive a Renault for a couple of races.
In 2005, Sauber gave the former World Champion another chance,
but Jacques rarely showed the potential he had showed the world of F1
almost ten years earlier. In 2006, Jacques is driving for BMW-Sauber.
It will be a do-or-die year. If he delivers the results, he may postpone retirement from F1
for a at least another year. If he doesn't, his Formula 1 career almost definitely will be over.
