Currently Sydney's 13th tallest (180m/590f, 45 stories, 1988).

Above: Gateway Plaza, one of Sydney's best looking skyscrapers (164m/538f, 44 stories, 1989).
On the first and third picture, 1 O'Connoll Street (166m/545f, 36 stories, 1991), can be seen next to
Gateway Plaza. Without spire, this building's height is 152m/499f.
These figures are provided by Emporis.com, but I doubt their accuracy. Look at the picture on the far left and the third picture:
No way, 1 O'Connoll Street can be taller (with spire) than Gateway Plaza.

The tower was completed in 1981 and is 309 metres/1,014 feet tall.
The observation decks give great views over Sydney and the harbor.
The highest observation deck is at the 250 metres/820 feet level.
When the pictures were taken (March 2001), the tower was still ornamented with sporting figures
that were put on the Tower in celebration of the Olympic games of 2000.
The building was formerly known as AMP Tower.

Above left: Sydney's most famous bridge: Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Construction began in December 1926 and the bridge was opened on March 19, 1932.
The arch of the bridge spans 503m/1,650f. Each day, more than 150,000 vehicles cross the bridge.
