- 4^th tallest building of Hong Kong; it can be found on Hong Kong Island;
- the height is including the spire; without, the tower is 292m/958f tall;
- designed by DLN (Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man) Architects & Engineers;
- construction lasted from 1995 – 1998;
- building costs were US$ 385,000,000;
- the building has 35 elevators;
- the tower is entirely steel-structured and has no reinforced concrete core;
- total gross floor area is 130,032 sq m (1,399,144 sq f);
- at night the building is beautifully lit by a neon system consisting of 8,784 red,
green and blue neon tubes that create a slowly changing light show;
